Angelita Martinez is a Contemporary Naturalist based in Seattle. Her main medium is painting and drawing. She was raised in Northwest Montana and attended the University of Montana.  She learned some things here and there about working in 2D, arguing about art history/present, and creating images with various art styles and aesthetics to recreate classic mythos, allegory, and lore. She enjoys appropriating Western styles and art movements to create a new inclusive narrative.

 

She has shown in Montana, Washington, Nevada, and Oregon.
